The Service
Saradhi Matrimony offers matrimonial services, and by using the service, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

(c) Promptly report any unauthorized account use to Saradhi Matrimony.

(e) Paid membership fees are non-refundable, and Saradhi Matrimony is not liable for losses due to non-compliance.
(f) Divorced candidates seeking a new alliance must register accordingly.
Saradhi Matrimony reserves the right to terminate your membership or access to the service without refund in case of non-compliance. You can terminate your membership at any time by notifying Saradhi Matrimony in writing, but no refund will be provided unless otherwise stated in writing. The term of paid membership will align with the chosen membership type.
Multiple profiles for the same individual are not allowed on Saradhi Matrimony, and such profiles may be deactivated without refund.
Saradhi Matrimony retains all proprietary rights to its site and services. Users are prohibited from copying, modifying, publishing, or selling proprietary information without explicit permission. Violations may result in termination of membership and legal action.
Saradhi Matrimony is not liable for the content posted by users. Users agree that Saradhi Matrimony does not control or endorse any information on the site. Saradhi Matrimony may terminate membership for breach of terms without a refund.
Registration Process
Registration is optional but, if chosen, requires completion of the Saradhi Matrimony registration screen. Users must provide accurate and current information and update it as needed. Saradhi Matrimony may delete accounts that misuse personal information.
Copyrights and Trademarks

Use of the service is at the user's risk. Saradhi Matrimony, its licensors, and suppliers disclaim all warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Saradhi Matrimony does not guarantee software or service uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
Limitation of Liability
Saradhi Matrimony, its licensors, and suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Saradhi Matrimony is not liable for third-party content on the service.
Indemnity

General Terms
